It´s been one heck of a winter. So far it´s been nothing but all white everything. And I´m freezing my ass off, god damn it. This weekend it got a bit better though, so I finally got the chance to wear something else than a down jacket. One blogpost covered. Yey! Here I´m off to celebrate my friends birthday. (I can´t resist a celebration..)

The year is coming to an end and automatically you start reminiscing about it. It´s time to relive some moments in your head. The things that have mattered. The moments of love, joy, sadness and sorrow. Your friends, brothers, sisters and loved ones. Your achievements and losses. Take time to take all the bad as well as the good from the past year. Grow even stronger and focus on the time you got back up on the horse rather than the time you fell off it. No doubt I´m looking forward to the new year. Think off all the things we can do, and when the time comes: I wish you the happiest of new years.

Finally you get to step outside not wearing gloves, or sometimes even without wearing a scarf wrapped up over your ears. A couple of days ago I spent the day outside in the sun wearing my favorite coat from Balenciaga. You know, the one I mentioned here. Spring is in the air, and yeah, I did notice how dirty my shoes got :S

Those Lanvin jodhpur-pants have been with me for many years now. It was back in 2007 I got them when I was on a trip to Hong Kong with my former classmates, and I love the fact that the patches on the calves are stitched directly on with raw-edges. They frill a bit more for each season I wear them and they automatically become a bit more personal. The fact that the pants are made in a micro houndstoot-pattern doesn´t exactly make me dislike them. I have a feeling that I´ll stick with them for many years to come.

Despite my wantings, this was definitely one of the last days of 2014 with bare ankles. The look is just clean and everyday and the photo is in b&w since this was what I wore on Halloween. OoooOOoOoH! I really nailed making this post scary, didn´t I?

As my love for sneakers is continously growing and I´m officially back to work after the summer, I´m a sucker for browsing the web for a good buy (since weekdays just don’t seem to have enough hours for me to go out shopping.) I found love in a pair of pants from Marc Jacobs. I got my hands on them in San Fransisco, and these easyfit cotton tux-pants are just about the only pair of pants I´ve been wearing in this (close to) unbearable hot summer weather. Aaaand with the classic combination of a white shirt and a pair of black trousers it´s difficult to do wrong. The only mistake possible to be made – by someone else! – is that they mistake you for a waiter.
